Anil served on the advisory board of Indo-Canada Chamber of Commerce (ICCC) from 1999 to 2002. www.iccconline.org

Anil was Chair of ICCC’s Golf Committee for 5 years and raised funds for the chamber’s charity events and ICCC’s Building Fund. He was awarded Member of the Year by ICCC in 2005.

Anil is doing fundraising through Charity Golf tournaments since 2016 for the families of fallen soldiers in Canada and India, a real testament to his patriotism.

During COVID-19 Pandemic, Anil comes forward to help International Students with groceries, accommodation & freshly cooked meals for Stranded Indians in Canada, meals for senior citizens in different Long-term care and old age homes during lockdown period. He took initiative to launch a dedicated help website during pandemic www.covid19-help.ca

He started an initiative to deliver Freshly cooked meals to frontline workers in Hospitals, Police services, Fire Fighters to say ‘Thank You’ for their work during this unprecedented time & delivered over 13, 000 freshly cooked meals.

He also committed to raise minimum $40 k for the families of Indian soldiers who sacrificed their lives in Galwan Valley.
